The region showcases natural beauty in its variety of rolling farmland, dramatic gorges and waterfalls, and scenic towns and villages.

The region can be access from the east via the Waterfall Way or Oxley Highway.  Travelling along the New England Highway from the north or south, its only a short diversion off the highway to visit the most glorious National Parks which feature remnant Gondwana rainforests, walks and picnic areas.

We acknowledge the traditional custodians of the New England region. We recognise their strength resilience and continuing connection to the land and water, to the dreaming and all living things
We pay our respects to their elders past, present and emerging. We recognise that this land was, is and always will be Aboriginal land. Sovereignty never ceased.
